Economic Case Studies Many students of economics or business will often have to read up on economic case studies. These cases are often documented in the text books that are supplies for business studies and economics courses, or in some cases they can be found online. Some of the economic case studies that students will be required to read up on are sometimes related to high profile cases that are well known about by the general public, whilst in some cases the economic case studies will deal with more low key events that are not as widely known about. Sometimes the economic case studies that are printed in student text books and resources for students will be entirely fabricated. This is usually the case for younger pupils studying business at A level. However, as they progress further and end up studying business or economics at degree level then the economic case studies that are studied will often be related to real events that have occurred in the past. The reason for using these economic case studies as the basis for an education in business varies greatly.
